Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Struktur Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di UPTD Puskesmas Batu Aji

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan struktur organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di UPTD Puskesmas Batu Aji, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 31 pegawai yang seluruhnya dijadikan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert lima poin yang telah memenuhi uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics, didahului uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan struktur organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kinerja pegawai lebih didukung oleh struktur organisasi yang jelas serta mekanisme kerja yang efektif.
