Analisis Persepsi Kepercayaan Pengguna terhadap Layanan Financial Technology di Kalangan Generasi Z

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi kepercayaan pengguna terhadap layanan financial technology (fintech) di kalangan Generasi Z serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi terbentuknya kepercayaan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam terhadap 8 informan Generasi Z yang aktif menggunakan fintech. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik melalui proses reduksi data, pengkodean, dan pengelompokan tema. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan pengguna terhadap fintech tergolong tinggi, namun bersifat dinamis. Kepercayaan dipengaruhi oleh keamanan sistem, kredibilitas penyedia layanan, pengalaman penggunaan, pengaruh sosial, kemudahan penggunaan, dan transparansi. Meskipun demikian, persepsi risiko tetap muncul, terutama terkait keamanan data dan potensi kesalahan transaksi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan dan risiko saling berinteraksi dalam penggunaan fintech.
